Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sanjana WhatsApp Suite platform and services ("Service") provided by Sanjana Digital Service ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").
By registering for, accessing, or using our Service, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sanjana Digital Service. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
02 — Eligibility
Who Can Use the Service
To use our Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
- Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be prohibited from using the service under any applicable law
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
- Obtain approval from a SuperAdmin before your account is activated
By using the Service, you represent that you meet all of these eligibility requirements. Accounts registered on behalf of businesses must be authorised by an appropriate representative of that business.
03 — Account Registration
Your Account Responsibilities
When you create an account with us, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password and API keys confidential and not share them with unauthorised persons
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- Notify us immediately at sanjanadigitalservice@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
- Not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or plan limits
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
04 — Acceptable Use
Permitted and Prohibited Uses
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) to individuals who have not provided consent
- Use the Service to harass, threaten, defame, or harm any person or entity
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations, including India's IT Act 2000 and TRAI regulations
- Use the Service to distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or other users' accounts
- Engage in fraudulent activities, phishing, or impersonation
- Use the Service to send content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or discriminatory
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the platform
- Resell or sublicense our Service without written authorisation
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our platform
- Exceed plan limits or attempt to circumvent rate limits
- Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service
05 — WhatsApp Compliance
WhatsApp Platform Rules
Our Service integrates with WhatsApp's platform. You acknowledge and agree that:
- You must independently comply with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Business Policy
- You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from recipients before messaging them
- You will not use our Service to violate WhatsApp's spam or bulk messaging policies
- WhatsApp may ban or restrict numbers used in violation of their policies — we are not liable for such actions
- Use of unofficial WhatsApp automation may carry risks as per WhatsApp's policies, and you accept full responsibility for such use
06 — API Usage
API Terms
Access to our API is subject to the following additional conditions:
- You must use a valid API key issued to your account
- API keys must not be shared publicly or embedded in client-side code
- You may configure IP whitelists and domain restrictions to secure your API key
- API usage is subject to rate limits defined in your subscription plan
- Attempting to bypass rate limits or access controls is strictly prohibited
- We reserve the right to revoke API keys that are used in violation of these Terms
- You are responsible for all API calls made using your credentials
07 — Payment & Subscriptions
Billing Terms
Paid features require an active subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
- Provide accurate and current billing information
- Authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
- Be responsible for any applicable taxes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price. For refund and cancellation details, refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
08 — Intellectual Property
Ownership of Platform
The Service and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Sanjana Digital Service and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.
You retain ownership of all data and content you submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to process and store it solely to provide the Service.

09 — Termination
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account from the settings page, or by contacting us.
Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will be revoked immediately
- Outstanding payments remain due
- Data may be retained for up to 90 days before permanent deletion
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive
10 — Limitation of Liability
Limits on Our Responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanjana Digital Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months prior to the claim.

11 — Governing Law
Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes amicably before initiating legal proceedings.
12 — Changes to Terms
Updates to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
